CLASSIC PANETTONE The classic Panettone is the typical Panettone of tradition. Our Panettone undergoes a double fermentation of more than 48 hours, is made only with live sourdough, and is filled with Sultana raisins along with candied orange peels. The dough is extremely soft, the taste elegant yet bold. Our classic Panettone is very rich but extremely digestible thanks to the long fermentation and the use of high-quality raw materials. It contains no preservatives, emulsifiers, flavors, or vegetable fats. It is a 100% artisanal Panettone, entirely handmade with passion, as per the Italian pastry tradition since 1882. A delicious and original way to enjoy our Panettone is to try it with our Modica chocolate cream, which pairs well with the flavor of the classic Panettone.
