I know the environment is fragile and we want to keep excessive harmful packaging at a minimum, however proper packaging is needed with delicate items and unfortunately I received some damaged items.

I like the products I ordered from this company, but the packaging left a lot to be desired. One of the pieces was cracked and I had to order a replacement. I don't think this would have happened if more attention had been given to how the products were packaged for shipping.
