The products are excellent, we have only had satisfied customer feedback. However, contacting them is complicated because we have not received a response from them to implement a solution to avoid losing products. It's a shame because we had the clientele. The packaging in the boxes is not great because the products are often mixed. The second order was better packaged, though. It's a pity there are no individual bags for these products.

1 downside. It's a pity that all the sausages are placed loose in a box. I would have preferred them to be bundled by flavor. The sausages are neatly labeled by flavor.
