The brown cowboy hat I ordered in for a paying client is completely distorted and bent and the mauve hat came in as baby pink bubble gum colour. Update* Was sent two hats in leu of the damaged ones(pics included) and the new hats came in an even worse condition. Will never order from Queens again.

Literally every single hat needs reshaped. Bent, rolled and just jacked up hats is what I just pulled out of these boxes. I now need to reshape 50+ hats...also for $38 a hat I expected better quality-will not be reordering these.
