I like The product, But the Person running the Store either owner or manager is absolutely horrible, makes promises just to secure order, makes up lies of why order didn't go out, and then tells you order was shipped even though on UPS it clearly states that it didn't, I will never again order from this seller, I should had read reviews before ordering, I have learned my lesson

No response about shipping for weeks, I reached out via Facebook for updates, messaged on Faire… I was given excuse after excuse or completely ignored. After 6 weeks I had to file a complaint with Faire, the products I was finally sent were terrible quality, half my order was cancelled.
