Stunning handmade, fair trade and eco friendly leather covered notebook. The leather has been embossed by skilled local village crafts people. An ideal notebook for anyone who has a passion for writing, sketching, painting or just doodling. These journals have 125 pages of unlined handmade khadda paper, made from recycled cotton that has been left over from the massive garment industry in India. They are handmade and don’t contain any chemicals as we only use unbleached cotton. The paper is made by a charity in rural Rajasthan that promotes women's social standing. This notebook is available simply embossed or, for a more intrepid look it can be stitched around the outside. The leather has been tanned by our suppliers and the journals have been crafted using a mixture of love, contemporary and traditional skills. The embossing has been expertly created using small individual handmade tools making each journal unique. Dimensions: 20.5 x 30 cm (A4)
