Fast shipping and communication. Beautiful planters and great quality. Exactly as described. Arrived without damage, although FedEx did not treat as fragile. Both boxes had rips and holes that breached into the product compartments, but fortunately the styrofoam helped protect the planters. One box was ripped the full width of the box, and it was taped by FedEx. Very happy and will continue purchase from Rustic Reach! Highly recommend!
