I have ordered from this store several times, quite a bit of money. There were some earrings missing from the last order and they argued with me, saying that they weren't missing. Literally 6 pairs of earrings out of 340+. I also sent back two that were damaged and they told me they weren't their earrings when literally I order from no one else. I will never use them again. I found where they buy their charms and I'll do my own. Steer clear. They aren't worth the aggravation.
