For heated use: warm in microwave at 30 second intervals. Do not overheat! For cooling use: place in freezer safe bag inside the freezer for 2 hours before use. Choose from a wide range of printed fabrics and their matching solid flannel. 23" x 4"

These items are very beautiful and I am happy with the quality and the packaging. Unfortunately the items did take almost a month to receive so I was not able to sell them at an event I was planning to. However they are made so well that I would order again just way in advance to be safe with timing.
