Guttiau Bread is the oil and salt variant of Carasau Bread or Carta da Musica, a leavened but very thin and crunchy Sardinian bread that was born in the Barbagia area and which has become one of the symbols of Sardinia. The Guttiau Bread, which means dripped, is prepared in sheets that are wetted with a few drops of oil, salted and lightly toasted in the oven. Ideal to accompany cold cuts appetizers and fresh and aged cheeses. Pack of 500 g.
