Out of the 10 boxes of pottery only 2 arrived broken, which is great considering the distance they traveled in such a short amount of time! I was pleasantly surprised at the shipping speed and quality / pricing for what we got!

Everything was shipped out fast. Packaging was a bit rough. A lot of broken pots but was easily remedied with the supplier! Easy to work with and great value.

I did have 2 of 4 packages with broken pots one package 1 of 6 was broken and the other package 3 of 4 were broken. I was refunded in a quick manner after submitting pictures of the damaged pots. The pots that made it are cute and I am happy with the price and how the descriptions matched.
