While the product was great, it was very disappointing to have the ship date moved twice and after I had cancelled it they sent it on and we were told that Seasonal product could not be returned. If it was not available it should not have been promised. My Valentine merchandise arrived on Feb. 13th.

I am happy with the items received. The only slight problem I had was the shipping of the items. The earrings received were slightly overstuffed in the box causing quite a few of the earring backings to be bent. Luckily I was able to carefully straighten them back out. I will order from them again!
