But they sent Replacement order and then had the same thing in the replacement order. Time consuming and frustrating. But nonetheless they sent me replacements at least trying to make it better. I will say they have good response time on messenger and their products have the most adorable packaging (when they’re not gross and oily from leaking haha). But they design their packaging so cute and visually appealing to the eye on a shelf.
