Dad’s Friday Night Spicy Hickory BBQ Seasoning & Rub adds a little bit of heat to the perfect amount of smoky hickory flavor. Don’t worry this is not a melt-your-face-off kind of heat! This has a quick initial bite followed by a slow, flavorful simmer. Use this as a dry rub on smoked wings, ribs or to add BBQ flavor to any vegetable. We suggest rubbing the seasoning into the meat and let it marinate for at least an hour or, even better, overnight. Try adding 1/4 cup of brown sugar to ½ cup seasoning for a sweeter taste. Storage tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Hardening may occur over time. Honestly, we just give it a good shake each time we use it!
