Description
Sedeveria 'Jet Beads' is a compact, hardy succulent hybrid featuring dark, bead-like leaves on tidy branches. A Sedum and Echeveria cross, it offers resilience with an elegant structure. Its slender, pointed leaves densely cover short stems, forming a neat, rounded shape. Bright sun intensifies its green foliage to a rich bronze or near-black, particularly at the tips. Ideal for small pots, balconies, or borders needing dark accents, 'Jet Beads' low-maintenance form complements lighter plants in arrangements. Its subtle trailing habit also suits mixed bowls or shallow hanging displays. - Light: Prefers full sun to bright indirect light. Sunlight helps bring out the darkest leaf colors and keeps the plant compact. - Soil: Use a gritty, fast-draining mix suitable for succulents and cacti. Proper drainage prevents root rot. - Water: Water only when the soil is fully dry, and avoid water collecting around the base. Water less frequently during the colder months.

I spent $275 with Plant Best Friend for my store’s grand opening and was very disappointed. Many succulents were extremely dry, stretched, or just cuttings stuck in dirt. A couple died within days. Since June 10th, communication has been slow—sometimes weeks between responses. Their final offer was a $15 gift card, and I’m expected to pay full retail price for replacements, despite over 20% of my order arriving damaged. I won’t buy from them again or recommend them to others.
