This wasn't my first time working with Kalan, but it was my first time ordering through Faire from them. It was an easy experience. Everything arrived quickly and in good order. Kalan was rapid in responding to a question I had about the order. Their gag gifts and novelty toys are some of the best on the market! They are affordable and good quality, too. I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future (because their items are almost sold out here already!).

I was away for a family emergency when these items came in. Half of the things I ordered were not in the box (pins) and most came with tags or pre printed pricing on them. The quality of the items were also very cheap. Very disappointed. I will have to pay for half the things I did not get and I am returning the things I did.
