Description
Maine's 1901 state flag is not only historic, but full of maritime meaning. The North Star has long been a tool for sailors and the pine tree made our state's unique flag recognizable at great distances. And even the flag's background color had meaning as it was meant to resemble the buff color of George Washington's 1779 Continental Army uniforms. Our Maine Bicentennial Wristlet is the perfect size for all those can't-do-without items, and to prominently display Maine state history. This wristlets interior includes the Maine Bicentennial logo tag. Featuring antique brass grommets and white cording for effortless carrying purposes. Due to the recycled nature of our sails, the buff color will vary and each wristlet we make is unique and one of a kind.
