Organic Pu'er Tuo Cha is a compressed dark tea from Yunnan, China. Pu'er teas usually have a distinct aroma and flavor that make them a uniquely acquired taste. Pu'er teas have seen a lot of praise in recent years for their abundance of antioxidants and probiotics, along with many other health benefits. Each tuo cha is compressed into the perfect cake for one cup or pot of tea and can also be used for multiple infusions that reveal new layers of flavor with each steeping. Ingredients: Organic Pu-erh tea Bulk size: 1 lb. (Approximately 48 Mini Tea Cakes) Sample size: 5 Mini Tea Cakes Tasting Notes: Robust, earthy, dewy, slightly floral & sweet Brewing Tips: Use 1 tsp. of tea per every 6 oz. of boiling water. Steep for 3-5 minutes (208 degrees). Re-steep as many as 3-5 times or until flavor becomes too weak. We have been carrying Heavenly Teas in our coffee shop since we opened and have been very impressed with the variety and quality of the product. We were looking to experiment with Butterfly Pea Flower and I message to ask if it was something they might carry here on faire. They were super helpful and added it to their storefront for us within a day or two. Above and beyond service!
