The system show that a refund has already been issued for the 4 damaged bags you reported. If there are any additional damaged bags, could you please let us know how many have issues and send us a few photos of them? We'll be happy to send replacement bags for any defective pieces. Since this is a Mystery Box, the replacement bags may be different styles from the ones you originally received, but we will make sure they are in good condition and of similar value. I notified AR / Faire of two handbags that the straps were missing. Fill form out , took photos of purses and was told it would be looked into. No response. Came from mystery box.
