I ordered this special for a client, it came with a crease on the front cushion seat, I contacted the company which took awhile and then contacted Faire, since it wasn’t my first order with the company, they claim they can’t do anything other than I ship it back ($192 at their cost) with no box🤦♀️. This entire process of negotiating took almost a month.
