What was advertised if not what was received at all for the adults. Toddler was perfect. When I reached out there were just worried about making sure they could keep their money & not concerned at all about how to please the customer/ what they can do to make it right. See screenshot of where they say “ask for a refund from faire and we can still keep our money”. Dont recommend especially since what is advertised is not what we received.
