Coarse salt box for preparation (600g). To be used for cooking water, long cooking (soup, broths, stew pot cooking, simmered dishes), salt crust cooking, or curing. Contains exclusively gray table sea salt from Noirmoutier, harvested in an artisanal and traditional manner by our salt worker on the family salt marsh of the Island. The (refillable) box is made of aluminum, a 100% recyclable material that perfectly resists salt corrosion.
