Select your puzzle desired size and place your order. Using your order number as a reference simply send us your high-resolution photo via email to info@whatawoodwork.com Send us as many as 5 photos per 10 pack orders. We will pre-approve your photo resolution and puzzle format before we get to work on your order. ABOUT THE PUZZLE: Receive a beautifully handcrafted wooden keepsake box with your image printed on the lid. Puzzle will come unassembled and bagged. Use the standing box as a reference. The suggested resolution is 300 DPI or more than 1MB. One side of the image should be more than 2000 pixels. Files can be PNG, PDF, or JEPG, contact us if you've questions. *2.5 mm thick pieces *UV-High quality print ON HDF WOOD A FEW NOTES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE: We work with state of the art wood laser-cut tech + the best craftsmanship to make a unique experience that includes: -a small amount of black residue that you can easily clean away with a damp rag -a pleasant smoky scent
