The product is good quality and customer service was great, but it’s important to note that the wood pulp that holds the fragrance is shorter than most brands so while this is not the customers fault I wish it was disclosed because I won’t be able to use these as intended because my customers are getting less fragrance. So I am back to square one to finding a new supplier.
