If I could give this business negative stars I would. This has been by far the single worst customer service experience I’ve had on Faire. If I ever receive this order I will be immediately returning it for a full refund. The estimated delivery window passed two weeks ago, and my tracking number still states that USPS has not received the package. The brand admitted multiple times that they do not have the items and have not shipped the items, however they refuse to cancel the order. DO NOT BUY!

Delayed shipping and sent me wrong size of product even they didn’t have the correct size in stock and sent it anyway. I had many upset customers that day waiting and realized that it was not what was expected. Never again
