Garlic seasoning obtained from the simultaneous pressing of Nocellara del Belìce olives with fresh Sicilian garlic. L’Erbolio is produced from Nocellara del Belìce olives mixed with freshly picked Sicilian herbs and processed together with cold pressing and extraction to best preserve the taste and aromas. The oil thus obtained is left to rest for four months for "refinement" in steel silos under nitrogen before bottling. The flavor is moderately spicy, with a fresh hint of garlic. Raw, it can be used to season chickpeas, roasted potatoes, meat, fish, salads, and dairy products such as focaccia, bread, and pizza.
