The story of Dallas Olive Oil Company began not in a boardroom, but at the family table. It all started with two bottles, representing the two people who shaped our passion for authentic Tunisian olive oil. The first bottle, "Douja," is named in honor of my mother. She was the heart of our home, and for her, a smooth and fruity Chemlali olive oil was an essential ingredient in every meal—it was her way of expressing love and care. Her bottle represents a lifetime of nurturing tradition. The second bottle, "ALSAEED," is a tribute to my father-in-law, a man who believed he hated olive oil. That all changed the day he tried a bold, peppery Chetoui oil from Tunisia. It sparked a lifelong passion, and he cherished a small cup every single day until his last. His bottle represents the power of a single, transformative taste. These two stories—one of lifelong love, the other of passionate discovery—are the reason we exist.
