Once again this year, Oliviers&Co has selected the best Sicilian estate, Oleificio Geraci, to offer gourmets this beautiful vintage made from 100% Nocellara del Belice, the queen of Sicilian olives. Smooth, round, and generous, without excessive bitterness or pungency, this early harvest olive oil reveals a beautiful length on the palate, carried by a deliciously fresh finish. Did you know? The legal acidity level for extra virgin olive oil must be below 0.8%. This Grand Cru from Oliviers&Co far exceeds that standard with an exceptionally low level of 0.12%.
