This is one of my most favorite vendors on Faire. I love to order their products and I've made several large purchases. However the last 2 both had damaged inventory. They are quick to reimburse which is great but I'd really love my products arriving intact. I will keep ordering because I'm a huge fan. Another small gripe, shipping is always more than the original quote and expensive, the last couple of times $100 more. Again love the products, I realize they're high volume and mistakes happen.
