Taper Ribbed Pillar Candle
The shipping was rescheduled three times (I ordered on 8/5, original ship date was 8/18- ended up shipping on 8/30 and arriving on 9/5- a full month after the order was placed). The seller is located a few miles from me, and I offered to pick up multiple times but was told they would ship any day. When the order finally arrived, the box was smashed and the pillar candles all had fingerprints smudged in them because they were half melted and almost every taper candle is cracked in half.

All the candles arrived damaged. They were packed badly, mixing a very heavy solid candle with fragile ones, resulting in most of my order being damaged and unable to resell.
