Items are large and fairly well made. The individual boxes each of the nutcrackers were in were damaged and the cardinal on the cardinal Santa was loose in the bottom of the box. Fortunately, I was able to re-glue it. I think prices are fair, but packaging needs to be better. The bottom of the shipping box had a single piece of tape on it and was about to burst open.

The worst thing about ordering from here is figuring out how to stay within my budget - they offer so many wonderful nutcrackers and I always want them all! This is my second year ordering from Santa's Workshop and I will certainly be returning. Their nutcrackers are high quality and our customers love them.
