I’m a repeat customer and will continue to buy. But I submitted a request to cancel this order at least a week before they shipped it out.. for a few reasons, one being that it is VERY cold here right now. In the past orders didn’t do well during transit in the cold. They’ve increased the care/packaging during cold weather but it is still just not enough. As suspected much of this order arrived STRUGGLING (some just dead). Which could’ve been prevented had they approved the cancellation.
