We love Venchi! Very responsive, excellent products with great sell-through, and great product care. Even though they are shipping chocolate and the days are in the 80's, everything arrived cool and in perfect condition. If we (rarely) have an issue with the product, they always make it right.

We ordered 500$ of chocolate bars….arrived all melted Despite paying $72 for shipping,72 chocolate bars arrived completely melted, It unacceptable that after chrging such a high shipping fee,the package was not semt priority overnight,(we are located in south florida and we are in June) Especially considering the perishable nature of the product and the current warm weather

The quality of Venchi is unparalleled! The packaging is beautiful too. Our customers especially love the soft texture that the hazelnut paste brings to this chocolate bar, and the whole hazelnuts are so crunchy. This is one of the best treats!
