• One-of-a-kind: A pattern of Willow Branches made from what was originally solid white velvet. A texture called devorè, "burn-out" or "cut velvet". The fabric is sheer silk dyed a periwinkle tone, with an all-over velvet pattern, hand-painted with more dyes in a watercolor style. • Washable: This scarf was pre-rinsed as part of the dying and hand-painting process. A cold, gentle cycle will make it softer. A hot dryer will make it fluffier. It may be ironed on the reverse side. •Measures 21"'x70": The sewn helms are rolled-edges. •The fabric is 50% silk and 50% rayon. All natural materials make it luxuriously soft.
