About Sherit Levin Textiles
Sherit Levin creates hand-painted burnout patterns in luxurious silk-velvet. Scarves wraps and other accessories shimmer with vivid colors. The devoré designs are inspired by peaceful scenes found in nature. She dyes and colors the fabric with permanent dyes that are washable. Each piece starts as solid white velvet in her studio and is a one-of-a-kind. A single scarf is described as "a poem resting on your shoulders".
