We ordered 12 bottles of olive oil and 24 packages of gnocchi. We received four packages of gnocchi. Nobody told us ahead of time that we wouldn't receive our whole order until I reached out. Then they only sent the olive oil, not the rest of the gnocchi. The olive oil finally arrived today, but still no gnocchi. Allegedly it's on its way? I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up is no good here.
