Tasting - Sight and Smell The Organic Palace Grade Puer Shu tea leaves are very small and delicately rolled, with various shades of chestnut, rust tips, and a matte surface. Once infused, they release enveloping and sweet aromas of grape must, undergrowth, leather, and sweet pipe tobacco. The color in the cup is a very dark red tending towards mahogany with ruby reflections, reminiscent of the color of a good wine.
