Reviews for similar products from NW Ferments: Cheese
I've been looking for a line to complement our fermentation workshops - and NW Ferments is it! Simple packaging is easy to store and display. So far, everything we've tested is performing beautifully! The sourdough starters are quick to reanimate; the kombucha scoby fits perfectly in our 16 oz jars and birthed a new Scoby within 5 days. The cheese and yogurt cultures are also stellar! We'll be ordering again (and regularly!) - thanks!
