This 11" tall, 6" long & 2.5" wide party hat dog toy is made from durable materials—a yellow background with a yellow, pink, red, blue, and orange circles/triangles patterned canvas-woven backing that combines polyester and natural cotton. The edges of the toy have a weathered rustic look.
