Roman is amazing - first off, their products are gorgeous. It makes me nervous to see customers handling them because of the weight but now that there are notes everywhere to let them know that an associate will help, it’s gone much better! The customer service is phenomenal! I have never seen customer service like this company since I’ve been an owner/buyer. They’re prompt and always helpful. I thoroughly recommend buying their items!!
