They are then hand-packed to ensure that the fruit does not bruise and retains its fragrant aroma. Our shipment showed up with multiple lemons bottles leaking. I put them in the walk-in and when I pulled them out they smelled like ammonia. I then tried some from a non leaking bottle and had to spit it out. It also smelled like ammonia, way too salty and completely unusable. Really disappointed!
