Description
This is our umami bomb hot sauce! It is made with New York State grown black garlic from Sweet G's Garlic Farm. It is some real tasty stuff! We use it mainly for grilling steaks, chicken, chops, and shrimp. But the possibilities are limitless! Also a great sauce for eggs in the morning! It totally works as a hot sauce, a glaze for meats and grilled veggies, or a marinade for chicken, beef, pork, or fish.
