Description
This ornament is hand-painted on the inside! No two are exactly the same. The painting process for each item takes three days to complete. Each ornament comes in a silk-covered gift box padded to cushion it inside. Designed by nationally acclaimed New Mexico artist Lawrence Vargas, his ornaments depict a combination of southwestern cultural elements from his original paintings, pottery & storytellers—such as animals, birds, butterflies, feathers and reflections of the tradition of oral storytelling—preserved in his artwork and unique to his multicultural background. Each piece represents ‘a little bit of the Southwest” to be enjoyed and cherished by its collector.
