WHOLESALE BLEND 43 ORGANIC 100% ARABICA

Blend 43 is an organic blend created to mark the 50th anniversary of the Caffè Pe-Fè roasting company. It is a 100% organic Arabica blend that stands out for its intense aroma, delicate flavour and pleasant acidity, characteristics typical of prestigious American Arabica beans, mainly classified as specialty coffee. The absence of Robusta coffee and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica beans make the blend much sweeter and therefore more palatable even without the addition of sugar or sweeteners. In addition, all the Arabica varieties that make up Blend 43 are processed using the “washed method”, whereby the pulped drupes are fermented before being dried in the sun, making the coffee taste much cleaner and richer in flavour. Medium roasting enhances the aromas of the Arabica beans in the cup, leaving sweet notes of chocolate and fruit on the palate.
