The Pe-Fè Roasting Company began in 1973 with the will and creative passion of Ferrero Peciarolo, who in the historic center of Orte, in a small room, began to compose the first blends with the determination to create a higher quality product, and with the awareness of the fragrance of the fresh product that an artisanal laboratory can provide. In 1979, the Pe-Fè roaster opened a new retail store, where thanks to his wife Laura Piersanti, and later their children Federico and Federica, more and more customers had the opportunity to appreciate the blends produced. Over 40 years of experience have helped to develop a good knowledge of all areas of interest related to coffee and the company philosophy has not changed. Federico and Federica supported their father with the same passion and determination to refine the various blends and all the various phases of the production cycle, with great attention to market developments and technological innovations, always with respect for the quality and freshness of the coffee that an artisanal company can guarantee.
