Whatever you want a smoky shoyu flavor on, this is your soy sauce! Produced from only Japanese-grown soybeans, wheat and natural sea salt. Today the company is run by fourth generation Mr. Yohichi Yugeta, who is keeping alive traditional shoyu (soy sauce) making. Yugeta Shoyuโs soy sauce is brewed naturally and uses only Japan-grown wheat and soybeans.

The devotion to sourcing & working with multi-generational family farms and businesses is incredible and the products are so good & the quality is impressive. They are worth every dollar. Love the soy sauce. Would recommend asking the company about expiration dates on products before they send them out. My soy sauce and ponzu were barely a year out.
