I had trouble getting ahold of someone when the package hadn’t shipped well past ship date but once I received items they were beautiful and I was very happy. Unfortunately they didn’t sell at all. I reached out on Faire and social media for guidance / recommendations to support sales and got no reply. I missed my return window because they didn’t respond to me.
