During the summer and autumn months, these acorns release a sweet nectar, expertly collected by bees to craft this very dark, less-sweet and robust honey. The oak tree, referred to as "Roble" in Spanish, is a notable deciduous tree that belongs to the beech family, a surprising association. Remarkably, some oak trees can thrive for over 1000 years! Bees are especially drawn to the sap derived from the tree's acorns. This oak honey contains 15+ TA (Total Activity), similar to Manuka honey, with proven antibacterial properties — a natural way to support your health.
