Great products and great quality! Unfortunately FedEx had opened one of the boxes to check the items, and didn't place the products as meticulously as the lovely people from Cognitive Surplus usually do (it seems FedEx had just thrown everything in the box again), which resulted in dents and tears in the beautiful packaging from the glasses. :-(

I was so excited to see that not only was it an excellent product: what you see is what you get, but also that they are environmentally conscious. All of the packaging was recyclable or biodegradable and very smartly packed. No breakage. Also, the packaging of the product itself is attractive and displays well.
