“White Ruby” box with 6 tubes of 6CL of French “PureMalt” produced exclusively from Lauréate barley, harvested and malted in the region by the distiller for a unique mastery of each step of its creation. White Ruby is the result of a specific process created with the aim of expressing and sublimating the original aromas of barley. The cereal, drawing on clay-limestone soil rich in minerals, benefits ideal sunshine. Once malting has taken place in the heart of the Vosges mountains, Rubis Blanc is distilled twice. The degree is then lowered with pure water taken from the volcanic subsoils, practicing a fractionated and slow reduction. Finally, it is a unique microbubbling process in stainless steel vats that reveals and protects the “secondary alcohols”, thus offering Rubis Blanc its very particular complexity. The master blender has developed an original white malt distillate, pure and extraordinarily supple.
